Overview: We are seeking a motivated Office Support Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role offers hands-on experience in various administrative functions, including customer service, order processing, and job scheduling. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing accurate information and assistance as systems expert in the Microsoft Office 365 package.
  • Prepare and send quotations to clients, ensuring timely and professional communication acting as first responder to internal system Glass Office.
  • Process customer orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation on Glass Office System.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for various digital tasks, including document creation and data management.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring prompt responses and proper filing.
  • Answer incoming calls from clients, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel as needed.
  • Greet and assist clients in person, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience.

What we are looking for:

  • Have a keen interest in the glazing industry.

Salary:£13,313 per annum.

Working week: 

  • Hours would be 8:30am - 5pm, Monday- Thursday and 8:30am to 4pm Friday. 
  • Attendance and time keeping is a must. Once trained,you would be required to work at least 1 Saturday per month, and would receive a day off the following week.
