On-Site Service Fitter / Technician - Noble Recruiting : Job Details

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Fitter to join our friendly and proactive Client in Barking, Essex.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Key Benefits on offer:

Salary: £26,000 per annum - guaranteed basic confirmed

Hours: 40 hours per week - this role will involve staying away at times due to the location of several clients.

Ample overtime available, hotels & meals paid for & fuel for work travel & paid at excellent rates. There is a great package which will be detailed at initial interview stage with Noble Recruiting.

Your responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for the preparation, delivery, installation, and maintenance of all client-owned kiosks, ensuring the continued delivery of outstanding customer services as part of a team.
• They also offer their services to other kiosk and Pop-Up shop owners in the form of relocation services and maintenance.
• You must live in a commutable area to Barking, Essex as this is their main distribution & maintenance site in the UK.
• Company 3.5T Transit Van or Luton will be provided.
• On the job training and familiarization coaching will be given through shadowing on site jobs and in-house coaching.

• External training will be provided on a Counterbalance forklift truck driving as required if a valid license is not already held after a qualifying period of time.
• Full support to progress your career with comprehensive training and mentoring.

You will need:

• Confident and outgoing individual.
• Must have own DIY and Battery powered tools - Must have a good set of maintenance and installation tools will be required to carry out the tasks.
• Must have clean UK driving Licence (Manual only) with zero points.
• Must be over 25 years old.
• Must be able to responsibly work alone without supervision, and think on your feet.
• Have good maintenance or electrical working background recently or have worked within the Kitchen or On-site fitting role across any industry (within the last 12 months).
• Reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
• Heavy lifting involved - must be fit and healthy.
• Good time management skills.
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
