Main Responsibilities to include:

Haulier Onboarding

• Guide hauliers through the onboarding process, providing demonstrations of the platform and ensuring a seamless transition.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of the platform, driving engagement and usage.

Compliance Management:

• Vet hauliers to ensure they meet HaulageHub's compliance and operational standards.
• Maintain up-to-date records and oversee compliance checks periodically.

Relationship Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for hauliers, addressing queries and fostering long-term relationships.
• Build trust and rapport with hauliers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

Digital Advocacy:

• Promote the adoption of HaulageHub's digital tools and features, emphasising their value to hauliers.
• Provide feedback from hauliers to internal teams to improve the platform.

Operational Insights:

• Leverage your haulage expertise to contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining haulier operations.

The Ideal Candidate:Experience:

• Proven experience in the haulage or logistics sector, with an operational understanding of the industry.
• Previous experience in account management, compliance, or customer onboarding is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present digital tools and solutions effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for compliance and regulatory standards.
• Tech-savvy, with a passion for digital innovation and a desire to drive change in the logistics industry.
