Onboarding Executive - Henderson Brown Professional Services : Job Details

Location: Cardiff (Office-Based)Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + BonusOur client:A leader in the beauty and skincare research industry, our client is on a mission is to connect individuals with exciting marketing trials, providing valuable insights while offering participants exclusive opportunities to test cutting-edge beauty and skincare products.The Role:As an Onboarding Executive, you will play a crucial role in recruiting participants for marketing trials on behalf of our beauty clients (including the likes of L'oreal, Nivea and Boots). You will be responsible for engaging with potential participants, guiding them through the sign-up process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals to take part in trials will be key to your success.Key Responsibilities:*Proactively reach out to potential participants via phone, email, and social media.*Build strong relationships with individuals to encourage them to sign up for marketing trials.*Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and participant details.*Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of trials.*Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns from participants.*Ensure all administrative tasks related to onboarding are completed efficiently and accurately.*Meet and exceed recruitment targets to achieve bonus incentives.Key Skills & Experience Required:*Highly literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.*Strong administration and organisational skills with great attention to detail.*Confident and proactive in engaging with people and persuading them to participate.*Experience in a customer-facing, sales, or recruitment role is desirable.*Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.*A passion for the beauty and skincare industry is a plus.What We Offer:*Competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.*Performance-based bonus based on recruitment numbers.*Exciting opportunities to work with globally recognised beauty brands.*A dynamic and friendly office environment in Cardiff.If you are a people person with strong administrative skills and a passion for the beauty industry, we would love to hear from you!
