Operations Manager

Located in Uxbridge (Commutable from: Watford, Slough, High Wycombe, New Barnet, Bracknell, Maidenhead)

£55,000 - £60,000 + Progression + Training + Company Car + Pension

Do you have managerial experience in the drainage industry and are looking to take the next step in you career where you will work in a multifaceted role, overseeing key hiring decisions and growth strategies and having the chance to progress further within the business?

On offer the is the chance to join a leading drainage hauling company where you can put your own stamp on the department and shape the business using your existing knowledge and experience.

The company are well established and have a solid and loyal customer base of which they are looking to continue growing over the coming years. They are now looking for an operations manager to assist with their growth plans.

This would suit someone with drainage experience and ideally people management experience looking to for a senior role where you can progress and mould the department.

• Direct multiple divisions
• Drive and oversee lead generations and business development
• Plan and deploy resources across divisions
