About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing the operational risks associated with our external investment managers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting in-depth operational due diligence reviews on both new and existing investment managers.
• Evaluating operational and structural risks, including ESG-related factors such as greenwashing.
• Analysing investment strategies and assessing their alignment with stated objectives.
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to the investment committee and other key stakeholders.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and their potential impact on our investment portfolio.
• Collaborating with investment teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in operational due diligence
• Strong understanding of various asset classes and investment strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
