Your new companyA successful chain of bubble tea stores looking for Operations manager to cover 4 stores.Your new roleYou will be managing around 30 employees across four bubble tea restaurants in London. Key tasks:

• Come with solutions not problems.
• Aspire to grow the company, look for expansion opportunities and new store openings
• Successfully manage four store managers as well as the wider teams
• Coming up with new strategies to meet changing demands
• Dealing with HR related tasks
• Finance and budget management, including liaising with an outsourced payroll team
• Ability to travel around various stores as necessaryWhat you'll need to succeed

You will need to have experience in a fast-paced environment within the leisure and hospitality world.
