What this role is all about:You will be a person of many talents with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. You will be a go to for support whether that’s identifying process changes and providing feedback that has a direct result of change for a force for good. Or it could be supporting multiple diaries for planned events. No task will be too big or too small. You will be effective and positive in your approach and thrive on the ever-changing nature of this role. Some of these tasks will include identifying process changes that pinpoint sales gaps, risks to the business and positive opportunities that results in improved quality and/or conversion rates. You will work closely with the Sales Optimisation & Support Manager presenting your recommendations and findings to be a force for good. You will build strong relationships to help provide insights into the areas you support. You will ensure quality is undertaken whether that be updating systems or reviewing the leads that our adviser use. Overall, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to collaborate effectively or work on your own initiative. - Find more efficient ways of working through identifying efficiencies, improved workflows, and systems.
- Identify gaps, risks and opportunities by monitoring and analysing reports and systems to highlight key areas of improvement to positively impact quality and conversion rates across all areas of the channel and provide any necessary MI to back up suggestions.
- Assist with the lead allocation model to ensure the correct lead types are allocated to the highest converters to maximise revenue.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships across all teams and all levels.
- General sales support function against a set of targets, resulting in improved quality, higher sat/quote rates, and higher conversion rates through using the systems in place, monitoring reports, and highlighting any quality concerns resulting in higher conversion rates. Ensure systems are up to date with feedback, lead creation, and lead sources to ensure reports and commissions can be completed and paid correctly.
- Reactive ad hoc support requests to a high standard.
- Be a systems expert (Quick Quote, Lucid, Salesforce, Sales Hub, iThrive, MS Forms, Teams, SharePoint etc) and be the point of contact for all queries and questions, to also deliver communication to the channel with tips and expertise on how best to use the systems and deliver messages about updates or system issues etc.
- Complete weekly enrichment and pipeline reports & monthly modules reports to aid performance management conversations. Also own audit processes.
- Support the Business Get Business lead referral process to drive more leads from existing customers by completing the validation process to confirm eligibility for fulfilment of vouchers.
- Working alone and as part of a team to ensure the quality standards of the company and channel are being met.
