Company: Global Distributor of chemicals & ingredients used in everyday productsWe currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Middlesbrough Team with specific responsibility for supporting the Operations team.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will provide general support to all areas within the Operations TeamWhat your day might look like:+ Building strong, proactive relationships with your team and co-workers+ Completing all administrative duties within agreed time scales+ Producing and processing dispatch paperwork, raising purchase orders and scanning various documentation+ Liaising with 3rd Party logistics via email and phone+ Prioritising your workload effectively+ Continuously reviewing all activities adopting a "can do" and proactive approachAbout you:+ Good numeracy and statistics skills and excellent knowledge of Excel+ Strong communication skills + Experience of SAP and RF systems is a bonus but not essential + Flexibility is required to meet the varying administrative tasks that the role requires+ Excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining a calm approach+ Able to meet all strict deadlines+ Customer focused, providing excellent service at all times+ Good team player
