Description

As Operations Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing administrative procedures and processes for the department.
  • Support the senior leadership team with operational decisions.
  • Actively promoting the continuous improvement of services.
  • Assisting with secretarial and clerical tasks across the business.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of organisational projects.
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient workspace.
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
  • Coordinating regular team meetings and activities

Profile

A successful Operations Administrator should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, either as a business administrator or operational support.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other administrative software.
  • Can commute to Derby
