Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Scheduler Planner & Mobilisation Support to join the team.The main purpose of this role is to scheduling jobs for the Survey teams to carry out drainage inspections.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus (Progression available, training provided and joining a fast growing business)

This is a full-time, permanent. The hours of work will be 8am - 4pm with little flexibility (37.5 hour working week). Reporting to the PPM Mobilisation Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring of engineers’ activity and aeromark review
  • Support the mobilisation team with daily administrative tasks including portal updates and client request
  • Schedule jobs for the survey team to carry out Drainage inspections

The ideal candidate:

  • The ideal Scheduler planner will have previous office experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be organised
  • Ability to work well under pressure
