Description
Manage incoming workload.Respond to quick win queries.Assign queries to internal teams.Creating and approving amendments to client's products.Create internal orders to resolve invoice queries.Process customer cancellations.
Profile
High attention to detail is non-negotiable.A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy.Basic understanding of finance processes.Time management skills, ability to handle priorities and meet deadlines.Efficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.Experience of working with software applications such as Salesforce would be an advantage.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
Job Offer
An estimated hourly wage of £14 - £17, depending on experience.
