Operations Analyst - Flair for Recruitment : Job Details

Are you a hands on, problem solving analyst with a background in Financial Services?Our client, a growing investment platform, is looking for a Operations Analyst to join their Edinburgh based Transfers team.About the role:

• Processing operational tasks such as transfers and cash payments across various investment wrappers (ISAs, JISAs, GIAs, and Pensions)
• Managing cash and asset flows using internal and external transfer and payment systems
• Collaborating within a small team to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily tasks
• Maintaining ownership of requests until resolution, ensuring compliance with agreed SLA’s
• Taking responsibility for key operational processes within the operations domain
• Identifying and resolving technical issues using Python scripts and collaborative applications, while adapting to evolving business needs

About you:

• Strong knowledge of transfer processes, including Equisoft (ATG) and Origo
• Experienced with established platforms
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with frequent context switching
• Eager to learn and take ownership of processes and customer outcomes
• Proactive, with a high level of ownership in delivering optimal client results
• Organised and effective at cross-team communication
• Interested in technical builds and keen to work in a tech-focused environment
