- Oversee daily transport operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance service levels, streamline work flows, and optimise logistics performance.
- Utilise KPIs and data analysis to drive operational success and identify areas for development with their 125 partners
Profile
- Proven experience in operations management within the pallet network sector
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
- A results-driven approach with experience in performance management and continuous improvement
- Organised and able to multitask, organising 300 - 400 pallets per day as well as providing customer service
