As part of their growth, they are seeking an Operations and Compliance Manager to oversee operational projects, compliance initiatives, and risk management processes.

THE OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER ROLE:

As the Operations and Compliance Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
• Lead compliance efforts, including ISO standard management and risk mitigation.
• Manage project delivery, collaborating with the Development Team Leader to assess project impact on operations.
• Develop and implement business continuity and resilience strategies.
• Act as a key liaison across operational and development teams.

OPERATIONS AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a data processing environment.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance frameworks.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee technical teams.
• Knowledge of business resilience, continuity planning, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
