DKF is representing a client with over 20 years of experience in the asbestos removal industry. They are currently seeking an Operations Administration Assistant to join their team based in Basildon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The role will involve working 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday.

• Professionally answer and manage incoming phone calls.
• Handle client bookings and efficiently coordinate schedules.
• Prepare and organise pre-start paperwork.
• Ordering equipment.
• Set up and update plans of work, ensuring all details are accurate.

?????????? ?????????????????? ??????????????:

• Previous experience in asbestos/construction administration is essential.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Must have driving licence and own vehicle due to location.
