Juice Recruitment is excited to be supporting a well-established logistics business looking for an Operations Assistant their growing team in the Redcliffe area.

This company are a leading, independent courier firm, offering a full range of same-day, overnight, and international delivery services.

About the Role:

They currently have an excellent opportunity for an Operations Assistant based at their Bristol depot. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be involved in all areas of the busy depot. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations
• Liaise with depots across the UK by telephone and email.
• Allocate collections to the multi-drop driver fleet.
• Support the operations team as required.
• Report directly to the Depot Manager.

About You:

• You will be personable, with strong interpersonal skills and a time efficient approach.
• Well-organised, with the ability to always provide operational excellence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Previous experience in an office-based operations or administration role is a must (previous experience with the courier parcels industry is ideal).
