We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team.
You will help deliver outstanding assessments by contributing to the delivery of the SQE Assessments.
As the Operations Coordinator, you will:
• Build great relationships with our extensive casual worker (CW) team.
• Help us to meticulously plan and prepare for our assessment days.
• Take a key role in the delivery of our assessments on site at one of our assessment delivery venues.
• Contribute to the provision of an outstanding candidate experience.
• Support in running payroll after each assessment window.
• Managing the team SQE inbox.
• Support with HR administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who may be currently working as a Customer Service Administrator, who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.
What you’ll bring to the role
You’ll be a superb organiser and confident in dealing with other people. We’ll also need you to have:
• Experience in business administration.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Confidence in communicating with others, both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Attention to detail is essential.
• A proactive approach.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• A good working knowledge of excel (or Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of working with the Google Suite is desirable but not essential.
• Experience of purchase orders.
