Operations Coordinator - 2 Sisters Food Group : Job Details

Come and join us!  We currently have exciting opportunities for an Operations Coordinator to join our team in Thetford

• This post is working days
• The hours of work and shift patterns are: 06:00 - 18:00, 4on 4off 
  • The rate of pay is: £13.80 per hour, (plus a 10% shift allowance when working night shift)

You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

• Co-ordinating labour throughout the operational areas
• Managing costs within Operations and communicating daily with external services, invoicing, purchase orders
• Assisting Managers with staff management processes such as probationary reviews and Return to Work interviews. 

You will have:

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate daily and weekly operational labour requirements
• A good level of spoken and written English and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Experience of IT systems including Microsoft Excel
• Experience of SAP is preferred but not essential.
