• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations, enhance efficiency and performance through process development and implementation
• Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee human resource activities such as hiring.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across marketing, sales, product teams and fraud etc.
• Manage budgets and resource allocation effectively to optimise operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the cryptocurrency industry
• Stay current on industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and recommendations
• Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

We’re looking for an Operations Director with:

• Experience in Crypto or gaming operations, with experience with organisational procedures (beneficial).
• Experience working on risk related products, including leading high performing teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced setting, as well as understanding regulatory requirements in the crypto industry.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools used for operations management.
• A degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
