Our client, a leading boutique wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced Operations Director from a wealth management background. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing Financial Planners and driving operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Financial Planners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, focusing on service quality, compliance, and efficiency.
• Performance Management: Set, monitor, and meet KPIs specific to wealth management, supporting client outcomes and growth.
• Financial Strategy & Budgeting: Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute strategic business initiatives.

Requirements:

• Extensive background in wealth management operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Financial Planners.
• Strong commercial acumen with a results-oriented approach.
• Proven success in financial planning, budgeting, and operational management.
