- Manage daily tasks, ensuring high service levels and quality
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, advisers, and third parties across all channels
- Identify client solutions, enhance the customer journey, and suggest process improvements
- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback to Operations Managers and contributing to Consumer Duty goals
- Understand and follow regulations, swiftly escalate incidents, and support root cause analysis
- Complete mandatory training on risk, confidentiality, data security, GDPR, and CASS rules
Your skills:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team to meet objectives
- Strong data processing and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Experience in handling phone calls and platform knowledge (training provided)
- Knowledge of ISA/SIPP, financial services qualifications, and an interest in financial markets
