The role of operations executive will be to execute our clients orders in a timely manner. In order to be considered, candidates must have demonstrable order processing experience in a D2C environment.

Our client is a health start up who have experienced a significant amount of growth in recent years. Due to an internal promotion they are looking for a new addition into their Operations team.

Description

• Order processing
• Liaising with external logistics providers-warehouse, carriers and 3PL
• Being the point of contact for internal teams regarding order related queries
• Inventory management (unleashed ERP + Excel)
• Supplier coordination

Profile

• D2C experience is a must
• Order processing experience
• FMCG brand
• Systems knowledge (ERP & Excel)
