A £100m Roofing Contracting Group is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to manage a team of Contracts Managers across projects in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in roofing or large-scale construction projects to join a reputable and dynamic organisation during an exciting period of growth. Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus + CarLocation: London Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Contracts Managers working on various construction projects across London.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimise project delivery and team performance.
• Provide guidance and leadership to Contracts Managers, supporting their development and success.
• Collaborate with commercial and project teams to align project delivery with contractual and financial goals.
• Monitor project progress and address challenges to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

 Experience & Skills Required

• Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior role within roofing or construction project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, operational processes, and project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and balance priorities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
