A new opportunity to join a Lloyd’s insurer as an Operations Manager on an intial 12 month fixed-term basis, where you'll manage various operational initiatives.Working with the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations, you’ll lead key projects and develop Target Operating Models (TOM) to create scalable, cost-effective processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve Underwriting Operations and Operations Assistants processes, focusing on automation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to refine the Business Planning System.
- Streamline and standardize Underwriting Processes with the Syndicate Leadership Team.
- Enhance Underwriting Controls based on audit recommendations.
- Implement a TOM for an Internal Broker sub-team.
- Develop solutions for premium, claims, and digital initiatives like Smart Follow.
- Improve the Data Control Framework with the Head of Data Management.
Key Competencies:
- Strong ability to understand, evaluate, and improve processes within a Lloyd’s Syndicate.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across departments.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple operational projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
