Operations Manager - Credit - eFinancialCareers : Job Details

We’re working with an excellent manager within the alternative investment space, who’re looking to supplement rapid growth with a senior hire within their middle office. The fund’s AUM is substantial and is showing no sign of slowing down which makes this a pressing need that requires a broad skillset.

Working closely with the CFO and other senior stakeholders, you will be tasked with the day to day running of the middle office and accompanying projects. We are keen to engage with candidates who have broad product exposure - a vanilla or L/S background won't be suitable. Due to the current focus on growth and projects, familiarity with the usual industry systems (WSO, Allvue, Solvas etc.) is a huge bonus as there is a focus on tech and infrastructure. Experience in a larger, institutional set-up would be a useful facet to have.

This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with the build out of a business unit for a company that has ambitious plans to become an industry leader. There is a significant total comp on offer, and will require 5 days in the office, with flexibility where needed.
