The Opportunity:Nigel Wright Group is delighted to have been retained to lead this Operations Manager search for a fast growing organisation, supplying services into the healthcare sector.  The Company is part of a larger international group and is looking to drive significant growth in the UK market in the coming years, where there is a substantial market opportunity.Role Profile:
  • Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer, with a core focus of ensuring the delivery of the organisational operations objectives.
  • Engagement and providing oversight and key account information to the customer base (predominantly stakeholders in integrated care systems) around service delivery and performance.
  • Leading the Operations Team and supporting them to deliver effectively for customers.
  • Supporting the Growth Function as it develops new prospective customer relationships with Integrated Care Boards.
  • Acting as a key member of the UK Management Team and engaging with staff at all levels.
  • Coaching,monitoring and managing KPI performance.
  • Fostering a positive culture within the operations function.
  • Engagement with the Parent Group, to support the Chief Operating Officer as required.
  • Working on a hybrid basis (1 day per week required in the North East based HQ).
  • Occasional UK wide travel.
  • Some out of hours Teams meetings with international parent company.
Person Specification:
  • Preferably operations management experience within a Healthcare / NHS environment.  Backgrounds such as operations management within an acute hospital trust, operations / project / programme management within a commissioning environment may be relevant.
  • A track record of managing high performing teams.
  • Exposure to change management environments and organisations going through transformational change.
  • Experience of implementing national policy directives.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid remote capacity.
  • Ability to commute to the North East HQ one day per week.
  • Comfortable with some UK wide travel as required.

Salary : 65000 - 75000
