Crown Worldwide Group are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join their fast-paced Records Management Operations team.Where you will be basedThis role will be Manchester based with regular travel to our Records Management sites based in the North region and requirement to attend our Enfield offices from time to time.
What is an Operations Manager to us? You will be a regional budget holder and P&L performance manager with overall control of resources and delivering on Crown's Purpose. Responsible for service quality and achieving site performance targets. Plan and coordinate the timely completion of business as usual operational activities, utilising local site Team Leaders/Supervisors; ensuring that correct levels of competant and trained manpower resource are available every day.
What you will do
Work with the Sales and Account Management teams to provide Customer interactions and join them in meeting as and when necessary.
About youTo be successful in this role you will have experience managing a team within a warehouse/logistical background with desirable knowledge of a trading statement and deliver against numbers. Well developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
