With a network of over 500 tutors across the U.K. delivering lessons in homes, libraries, schools, and community centres, we have experienced significant growth in the last 6 months. To continue our expansion and ensure operational excellence, we are seeking a forward-thinking Operations Manager to support our directors and manage the day-to-day running of our office.
Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and professionally. This newly created position will support the directors in business growth and oversee the daily coordination of tasks, ensuring high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will remain calm under pressure, think on their feet, and effectively manage team dynamics.
Term time (state schools) hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 4pm.
School holiday hours : two full days (negotiable which days)
