Operations Manager Sunbury-on-Thames£35,000-£40,000 per annum + Car

What will the role involve?
- Report daily spend & service analysis to General Manager using designated Contract Performance Reports.
- Managing the service in line with the customer expectations and KPI's
- Answering customer queries via email and phone, problem solving and communicate all issues with the General Manager as required.
- Ensuring all drivers are in full uniform and delivering this within the uniform budget.
- Drive and Enforce company standards and protocols and ensure they are being met.
- Monitoring all driver rotas and ensuring holidays are covered whilst not exceeding set salary budgets.
- Deliver and maximise on each contract.
- Oversee and Utilise all systems and software's to manage driver behaviour - Take any actions to correct driving issues and speeding.
- Work closely with internal teams and make sure all the correct van and driver information is shared to ensure smooth booking and allocating across the business.
