Our client is a highly regarded Mortgage & Protection brokerage based in London. They specialise in the HNW / mass affluent market and operate Globally. We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to head up the Life Insurance / Protection division.

Role Highlights

• You will be responsible for working closely with the team Director to drive growth across the protection division
• Work closely with team members to maximise productivity, efficiency and client satisfaction
• Lead team recruitment and development
• Responsible for working closely with 3rd parties, cultivating relationships
• Track and report on team performance
• Monitor and manage team operations
• Leading daily team management including 121's, training needs and development

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in line management including recruitment, coaching and motivation
• Experience withing the protection / life insurance market
• Excellent project managment skills
• Effective communicators
