Job Title:  Operations ManagerLocation:  Stansted, EssexSalary:       £43,000-45,000 + £3K Car AllowanceTerm:        Permanent Are you a dynamic and experienced operations professional with a passion for customer excellence and process improvement? We’re working with a highly regarded organisation with locations across eastern and south eastern England. They are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team based in Stansted, providing operational support and leadership across multiple locations. About the Role:As Operations Manager, you will:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across offices, coordinating staff rotas and providing coverage when needed.
• Be the primary point of contact for operational systems and IT issues, ensuring all centres maintain their high standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction by enhancing the customer journey and proactively seeking process improvements.
• Support compliance, training, and reporting, ensuring best practices are maintained in areas such as GDPR, AML, and Health & Safety.
• Collaborate with Office Managers and the Head of Operations to define and maintain quality standards and documentation.

• Basic salary of £43,000 - £45,000 pa + £3K Car Allowance
