Description

• Oversee the operation in West London, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency.

• Lead, coach, recruit for and develop warehouse and transport teams.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on quality, cost-effectiveness, and productivity.

• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring profitability and cost control.

• Analyse operational data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, staff, and customers.

• Oversee a move into a new warehouse facility

• Implementation of a new WMS system (Microsoft Dynamics)

Profile

• Proven experience in an Operations Manager or equivalent role within FMCG distribution.

• Strong leadership and people management skills,.

• A track record of driving operational efficiency and achieving business goals.

• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong WMS experience
