Location: Wokingham – Office/Warehouse BasedHours: 08:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday – based onsiteSalary: £42-45,000 per annum DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of the company's operations, including sales order processing, stock purchasing, warehouse efficiency, logistics, and distribution.
• Develop Operational Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to implement effective strategies that align with the company's goals.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance.
• Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand while minimising costs.
• Supply Chain Management: Oversee sourcing, supplier negotiations, and relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Logistics and Distribution: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution to ensure efficient delivery to customers.
• Team Management: Lead and support a small team of warehouse, office staff and drivers.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
