Role: Operations ManagerLocation: SuffolkSalary: £60,000-£65,000 per annumThis is a very exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager with a proven track record to join an impressive FMCG company. You will need to provide leadership and direction to the management team, encouraging ownership and accountability.You will be managing a fast-paced operation in delivering business objectives and KPIs through all operational functions including processing, warehouse and logistics. This will require you to bring energy and motivate your team progress the manufacturing unit to the next level.A strong leader will be required to coach and train your direct reports where necessary. Other key components of the role include labour control, budgeting and identifying areas of improvement.
