Description
- Sales Support: Order processing, deal registration, commissions calculation, invoicing and accounts receivables collection.
- Finance Support: Reconcile invoices, corporate credit card transactions, and travel expenses, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage HR administration, including the processing of payroll administration.
- Onboarding Management: Serve as the primary contact for new hires, managing onboarding, equipment procurement, and system access.
- Guest Reception & Meeting Coordination: Greet visitors, manage inbound calls, and coordinate in-house meeting rooms.
- Procurement & Office Supplies: Process purchase requisitions and ensure the office is stocked with necessary supplies.

A successful Operations Manager should have:
