Operations Manager - £60,000 - £63,000 + 20% bonus - London (Field-based)

The Role

The Person

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years of operational management experience in a premium environment (hospitality, serviced offices, or high-end retail).
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A client-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness to drive profitability and efficiency.
