As we continue to grow and scale, we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Operations Manager to play a key role in driving our operations and supporting our ambitious goals for 2025 and beyond.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to optimise internal processes and drive the company's operational growth. You'll be responsible for overseeing recruitment operations, implementing and refining technology solutions, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met across teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable taking ownership of key business functions, and is keen to contribute strategically to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

- AI & Technology Integration: Lead the implementation and optimisation of AI and technology solutions across recruitment processes. Ensure that tools and platforms are maximising efficiency and innovation.

- KPI Management: Establish, track, and report on KPIs across departments to drive performance improvements and inform strategic decisions. Use data insights to identify trends and help drive continuous improvement.

- Operational Process Optimisation: Review and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and best practices across the business.

- Leadership & Team Development: Act as a mentor to your the recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support. Help build and foster a high-performance culture that aligns with the company's goals and values.

- Collaboration with Senior Leadership: Work closely with the COO and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives and vision.

- Software & Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and management of recruitment software and tools. Lead the training and adoption of these systems to ensure they are being used to their full potential.

- Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects to improve operational effectiveness, support business goals, and meet deadlines.

- Client Relations & Account Management: Act as a senior account manager for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong relationships.

About You

You're a self-starter with a strategic mindset who's not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the day-to-day. You're tech-savvy, comfortable working with data and software, and have a proven ability to drive operational improvements. Your strong leadership skills, combined with your ability to work well under pressure, will help you manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in an operations or management role within a recruitment agency.

- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and recruitment technologies (e.g., CRM systems, applicant tracking systems).

- Experience in managing and tracking KPIs to improve performance and productivity.

- Demonstrated success in implementing and managing software systems.

- Exceptional project management skills with a hands-on approach.

- Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform business decisions.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to 'manage up' and collaborate effectively with senior leadership.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.

- Experience leading teams and fostering a culture of high performance.
