A fantastic new opportunity has become available for Operations Manager / Vendor Manager with one of our Financial Services clients based in Chester or London.

Role: Operations Manager / Vendor Manager

Location: Chester or London (3 Days week Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Status: Inside IR35

Experience and Skills required:

• Gathering, validating, and providing to Enterprise Vendor Manager any vendor management regional deliverables
• Operational meeting reviews and routines including performance monitoring, aged debt and regional scorecards as required.
• Day to day management of services including responding to internal stakeholder engagement, issues and requests and regional Third-Party Engagement Manager for each service.
• Invoice validation and approvals and Issue escalation and resolutions.
• Working with language services team globally on potential transition of vendor and any associated deliverables
• Reporting requirements (including ESG reporting for services)
• Input and response to Business Controls/GCOR etc requirements as necessary
• Requests linked to services and additional administrative tasks as requested by Manager.
• Catalogue management for office supplies, point of contact for approval of non-catalogue requests and expense standard exceptions.
