I have a great opportunity for a Operations Service Team leader to lead a service team and product servicing both in-house and on-site. In this position as a Service Supervisor you will be responsible for the control and delivery of maintenance agreements, scheduling of site engineers, first line customer support and servicing in-house.This is an onsite role at our client's prestigious manufacturing HQ in Coventry. - Oversee and manage all service operations on-site and in-house, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to meet service goals and objectives
- Monitor and maintain site resources
- Co-ordination with multiple departments
- Co-ordinating with Site Engineers and scheduling site activity
- Ensuring all paperwork and permits are completed prior to site activity
- Planning jobs to client specifications , ensuring all parts and equipment needed for site activity
- Implement and manage Maintenance contracts
- Supporting customers on breakdowns, repairs and servicing requirements

- Proficient in using computer software and applications

Experience and skills
- Experience in a service/repair setting
- Full driving license
- Competent with ERP/MRP software
- Good workig knowledge of MS Excel, Word and outlook and Teams
- Experience of leading a team of onsite engineers
- Proven track record of working in the delivery of high quality customer service

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures (ATEX is desirable)
