Operations Supervisor - Wolverhampton - Plumb Centre

 As an Operations Supervisor based in Wolverhampton (WV2 3LT), you’ll be responsible for:  

• Supervising, training, mentoring and supporting a team of 10 colleagues in the warehouse to foster a positive work environment and enhancement of skills.

• Collaborating with the branch manager to develop strategies for improving service delivery and team performance.

• Ensuring all areas are clean and maintained and fully adhere to our Health & Safety procedures

• Stock control, goods in and out

• Address and resolve any issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday either 07.30am - 4.30pm or 08.00am - 5.00pm along with 1 Saturday a month from 08.00am - 12.00pm
