Red Recruitment is recruiting an Operations Support to join our client who maintains distributed rooftop solar PV asset portfolios across the UK. Currently, they manage over 19,000 installations across the UK.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager, particularly within the energy sector. The salary for this position is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum and is in Quedgeley.

Key Responsibilities of an Operations Support:
- Working with the Head of Operations and Operations Team Leader
- Ensuring all site visits are conducted effectively and efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
- Managing inbound calls from customers, clients and field engineers
- Supporting with client management, report writing and analysis
- Agreeing and implementing process improvements to ensure continuous efficiency
- Ensuring appropriate levels of data are available to monitor progress, identify issues and complete reporting
Key Skills and Experience of an Operations Support:
- You should be able to take ownership of enquiries and follow through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Excellent administration skills is required
- Well-developed and effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills is essential
- Ideally, you will have an interest in Solar PV
- You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Good computer literacy skills as well as being a highly organised and naturally driven is required
