Operations & Systems Manager - Taylor Hawkes Ltd : Job Details

You will ensure that data is entered into Cin7 correctly especially for product, sales, purchasing and stock movement. You will identify and resolve any ambiguity in processes and ensure that the financial reporting on CIN7 is accurate.

Financial reporting will include sales reports, profitability reports, stock control, open sales orders vs invoices

In order to perform this role well you must;

• Have experience with Cin7
• Must be London based - you will work closely with the sales team and may be required to attend client meetings
• Be a good communicator - Work closely with finance team in addition to the sales and purchasing team
• Have good knowledge of financial management - P&L, Balance sheet, Stock Control
• Be systems focused - highly familiar with operating systems Xero and Cin7 and able to problem solve
