Our client is looking for an Optical Practice Manager to work in their beautiful high end modern Practice based in Staines. This modern independent store is building a team of amazing people and looking for a keen, customer focused, bubbly candidate to come and join their amazing team.

Staines is a cute market town with a fantastic variety of shops and retail areas. Its also the closest town to Heathrow Airport so after a week of work you can just hop on a plane for a city break and some sunshine to recharge your batteries.

The Role

• Doing the day to day running of an optical practice
• Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
• Target setting, monitoring, and driving the business forward
• Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
• Administration responsibilities and compliance
• Working closely with the team and area manager.
• Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
• Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
• Confident, friendly, and organised
• Fast paced environment

**You will need previous managerial experience in an opticians to apply for this role. **
