Description

Order Administrator, Reading:

  • Process and manage customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure seamless communication between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Maintain and update order records within the company's database systems.
  • Resolve order-related queries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure accurate and prompt delivery schedules.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to prevent delays.
  • Assist in developing and improving order management procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments when required.

Profile

Order Administrator, Reading:
