A medical company based in Wimbledon are on the lookout for a switched on and experienced Order Processing Assistant to join their growing team.
The Order Processing Assistant will report to the Head of Orders and Logistics and will manage all aspects associated with processing orders to customers and to manage all aspects associated with the inward shipments from suppliers
The main purpose of an Order Processor
- Order delivery times in line with set targets
- Stock rotation and replenishment
- Answer telephones and field customer queries,
- Raising and sending confirmations of order, invoices and delivery notes
- Boxing deliveries and booking shipments
- Providing appropriate after sales service when required
- Archiving and proof of delivery
- Standing orders
- Keep a record of lot numbers for traceability purpose.
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers and checking prices
- Opening and checking contents of boxes to delivery notes
- Monitor and maintain supplies for shipping.
- Ensure quality objectives and targets are met.
- Liaise with couriers for enquiries such as tracking orders.
Order Processor Specification:
- Knowledge of Word and Excel
- Experience of order processing in necessary
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated
- Working knowledge of construction administration an advantage

- Annual Leave - 24 Days per year (excluding B/H), increasing by 1 day for every completed Calendar Year (Jan-Dec) up to a maximum of 29.
