Description
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with the logistics team to resolve order discrepancies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and complaints promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations.
Profile
A successful Order Processor should have:
- Fluent in European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
- Experience of SAP (Advantage).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to handle high volume order processing.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A team player attitude with the ability to coordinate with various departments.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
Job Offer
