• Answering incoming calls with professionalism and a customer focused approach.
• Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Raising purchase orders and confirming order details with suppliers. 
• Co-ordinating with the Warehouse team to ensure seamless order fulfilment. 
• Maintaining precise and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
• Collaborating closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve any order discrepancies and exceed customer expectations. 

Requirements of the Order Processor:

• Previous experience as an order processor within a manufacturing environment. A track record of thriving in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks with ease.
• Exceptional attention to detail and top-notch organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Proficiency in using order processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
