Salary details:

Up to £38,000 dependent on experience

35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Ideal Requirements for the Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner

• You must have elective Orthopaedic scrub experience.
• Experience of a HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner or an NMC registered Nurse.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work across a multi-disciplinary team.

Role Responsibilities for the Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner

• Assist in scrubbing for Consultant led surgeries that vary in complexity and specialism.
• You will assess patient’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload.
• Develop care plans that are appropriate to the patient, taking into consideration the care pathway.
