The RoleIn this role, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, with a primary focus on nurturing relationships with both potential and existing clients to establish our client's company as a preferred supplier. Your responsibilities will include regular communication with customers via phone, email, and cross-department collaboration to ensure their needs are met. This position will involve a blend of maintaining strong relationships with key accounts while also seeking out opportunities for new business development. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the sales target for your portfolio of accounts
- To outbound call all of your customers with a clear goal to secure incremental sales
- To identify new sites and users within the account base and to convert these into sales revenue
- To understand the needs of your customers and secure the company as their preferred supplier
- To network at all levels within the company to ensure that the necessary support is provided to your accounts
- To maintain accurate, comprehensive and up to date account records for your customers
- To work as a team to achieve targets
